To order a repeat prescription by:

If you would like to speak to a member of the dispensary staff

please leave you name and telephone number and we will call

you back as soon as possible.

Prescribing patients only: If you would like a CHEMIST to collect your prescription, please

inform the CHEMIST of your choice. Dixton Surgery is no longer able to honour such requests.

Please allow TWO FULL WORKING DAYS not including Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

COLLECTION from the surgery: Prescriptions may be collected between 08:30 - 13:00 and

14:00 - 18:30 Monday to Friday.
