Following on from this, if you would like to make a 30-minute travel consultation appointment with one of our practice nurses to discuss your travel arrangements please complete the below Travel Health Questionnaire. This will include which countries and areas within countries that you are visiting to determine what vaccinations are required.
PLEASE NOTE: this consultation will have a charge of £50 payable prior to the appointment. On receipt of the completed questionnaire, we will contact you to arrange the appointment.
It is important to allow sufficient time before travel.
Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription, and these incur a charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.
The following vaccines are NOT covered by the NHS.

- Tick-borne encephalitis
- Tuberculosis (TB)
