Noticeboard

Following the Welsh Government announcement about a lock-down on Friday, please be advised that our flu clinic at Bridges Community Centre on Saturday, 24th October will go ahead.  Those patients who are booked into the flu clinic may travel to Bridges as it is deemed an essential journey.

This year demand for the flu vaccination has been particularly high; if you didn't manage to book a Flu Clinic appointment, please now contact us to add your name to our waiting list.  We will contact you as soon as we have news about additional stock.

Many thanks for your patience

Oral Contraception Reviews

Patients on Contraceptive Medication may be asked to make an appointment for a telephone/video consultation with a doctor, pharmacist, nurse practitioner or practice nurse (whichever is most appropriate) at least once a year to review their  medications.

You will be sent a reminder at the appropriate time and it is important that you follow these steps below to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions:

  1. Please select the eConsult ‘Get Started’ button on the Home Page
  2. About two thirds of the way down on the right hand side is a question Need a Review?
  3. Please click on the ‘Start a Review’ link and select the Contraceptive Pill Review tab.
  4. Please complete the form to the best of your ability and click to send it to us.
  5. The information you provide will trigger us to contact you; you may be offered a telephone or video consultation, or an email, depending on the information you have provided.
  6. If it is considered appropriate for you to visit the surgery we will contact you, and please be assured that we will make arrangements to see you in a safe way.

The steps we have set out above give us the very best opportunity to review your contraceptive medication during this current pandemic.
