2. Using our secured form

You can also use our secured form to request your approved repeat medication. You will however need to manually list all medications required, to include medication name, strength, and quantity, up to 16 items.

Please call the repeat prescription ordering line on 01600 715035 to request your repeat prescription. Please tell us which medications you require, the dosage / strength and quantity.
