The Practice Manager’s job involves implementing standard policies and procedures that keep the practice running smoothly, while also responding to any unexpected issues that regularly crop up
Administrators are professionals who are responsible for coordinating the daily administration of doctors, staff, visitors and patients at the surgery. They schedule appointments, answer patient inquiries, handle patient emergencies, and monitor stock and supplies at the surgery.
Mrs Sue Howell
The Practice Manager is involved in managing the practice to ensure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, including personnel, health and safety, the premises, equipment and information technology. The Practice Manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals to deliver patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care. Complaints should be addressed to Mrs Howell, who will deal with matters as set down in the NHS Wales Complaints Procedures "Putting Things Right".
Mrs Sarah Harries
Mrs Harries has worked for over 25 years in Primary Care Management and works alongside her GP Partners to manage the financial and business aspects of the practice.
